Loveland City School District has once again been named one of the “Best Communities for Music Education,” earning national recognition from the NAMM Foundation for its commitment to providing high-quality music programs to students.
The designation highlights districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement in access to music education, including participation, instructional time, and community support. Loveland first received the honor in 2025 and has now secured the recognition for a second consecutive year.
Superintendent Mike Broadwater praised the district’s continued efforts, noting that the award reflects opportunities for students of all ages to explore and grow in the performing arts. From early exposure in elementary grades to award-winning marching band, orchestra, and show choir programs, Loveland’s music offerings remain a point of pride across the community.
The NAMM Foundation has recognized school districts for excellence in music education for more than two decades, with honorees selected through a detailed application process evaluating the depth and reach of their programs.
District leaders also credited Loveland’s music educators for their role in earning the distinction, pointing to their dedication and impact on students throughout the district.
Residents can learn more about the recognition and the organization behind it by visiting the NAMM Foundation’s official website.
