Tiger Birthday Bundles has provided more than 200 birthday gifts to local children in 2026. A November fundraiser will help the organization continue its mission.

Every child deserves to feel special on their birthday. A Loveland-based nonprofit is working to make sure that happens for children whose families may not otherwise have the resources to celebrate.

Tiger Birthday Bundles provides birthday gifts to children whose families receive services from LIFE Food Pantry or NEST Community Learning in Loveland. The organization puts together gift-filled bundles designed to bring a little extra joy to children celebrating birthdays. So far in 2026, the nonprofit has provided more than 200 birthday gifts to local children between the ages of 1 and 18.

"Birthday Bundles are delivered to LIFE and NEST and are filled with gifts to make a child's birthday special," said founder Erica Riggall. "The bags include a book, stuffed animal, toys, games, crafts, and other age-appropriate gifts! The hope is these bundles make every child feel extra special on their birthday!"

Now, the organization is preparing to host its first fundraiser to help support its growing mission.

Mimosas and Mahjong fundraiser set for November 7

Tiger Birthday Bundles will host its inaugural **Mimosas and Mahjong** fundraiser on Saturday, November 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Landing Event Center in downtown Loveland. The event will bring together friends and community members for a morning of mahjong, brunch and mimosas, all while raising money to support local children. Mahjong sets will be provided by Trudi with Sotrudles Mahjong.

Tickets are $60 per person and include:

- Open-play mahjong.

- Buffet brunch.

- One mimosa.

A cash mimosa bar will also be available.

Guests are encouraged to bring friends, with the option to reserve a table for four. Tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with space limited to 20 tables.

The event is for guests 21 and older.

Making birthdays special for local children

The idea behind Tiger Birthday Bundles is straightforward: every child should have the opportunity to experience the excitement of receiving birthday gifts. By working with LIFE Food Pantry and NEST Community Learning, the nonprofit helps reach families in the Loveland community who can benefit from a little extra support. Each bundle is tailored to the child's age and includes a variety of items intended to make the birthday memorable. With more than 200 gifts already distributed this year, the organization is making a tangible difference for local families. Community members who cannot attend the November fundraiser can still support the mission through donations.

For an organization focused on celebrating childhood, every birthday bundle represents something bigger than the gifts inside: a reminder to a child that their birthday matters and that their community cares.
