Loveland Housing Market Shows Strength in July

The Loveland-area housing market remained active in July, with homes selling quickly and several high-dollar sales highlighting continued demand.


Within the Loveland School District, 35 homes sold during July, with a median sale price of $550,000 and an average of just eight days on the market. The highest reported sale was a home on Birch Creek Drive that closed for $1.285 million.  


Across the 45140 ZIP code, the market varied by county. Clermont County recorded 45 sales with a $460,000 median price, while Warren County had 15 sales with a $435,000 median. Hamilton County recorded 19 sales and the highest median price at $527,000, with homes averaging only seven days on the market.


The biggest sale shown in the July report was $2.475 million for a home on Lakeside Estates Drive in Hamilton County.


The figures are based on single-family residential sales reported through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
