The Loveland housing market continued its strong spring momentum in May, with home sales reaching their highest monthly total of the year and buyers moving quickly to secure available properties.

The Works building is one of downtown Loveland’s best-known historic landmarks, reflecting the city’s deep railroad roots and longstanding connection to transportation and commerce. Constructed in 1905, the building originally operated as a water station for steam locomotives traveling the rail line between Cincinnati and Columbus. During that era, the railroad and nearby Little Miami River played a major role in Loveland’s growth as a transportation, commerce, and tourism hub.

The spring housing market continues to show steady momentum across Loveland, with strong buyer demand and healthy home values throughout the community, according to data provided by the eXp Designed2Sell Team. In April, 30 homes were sold within the Loveland City School District, reflecting continued activity across a wide range of price points and neighborhoods.
