February is Loveland’s Time to Shine

Loveland takes its role as the Sweetheart of Ohio very seriously and, as such, we take the season of love and all things Valentine, very seriously. And why wouldn’t we? What community is more uniquely qualified to celebrate Amore than LOVEland? This is our season in the sun! The big show. And we proudly own it.

With February upon us, the good people of Loveland are ready to celebrate! Our beloved Valentine Ladies are already out in the community sharing love and doing good deeds. (Check out Kay Bolin’s column on the history of the Valentine Lady in this issue.) Soon, folks near and far will be making a special trip to the Loveland post office to get the coveted stamp for their Valentine cards (dates & times in this issue). The City of Loveland’s upcoming Hearts Afire Weekend promises to celebrate the season in epic fashion. Loveland Daily News will be highlighting key events in the coming weeks so you don’t miss out, and it starts with this issue!
