For more than a century, the historic B&O Train Depot at 127 W. Loveland Avenue has welcomed people to downtown Loveland. Built in 1907, the brick building reflects an era when the railroad was the heartbeat of the community, bringing visitors, commerce, and new opportunities to a growing town. As trains arrived daily, the depot became one of the first impressions of Loveland for countless travelers and played an important role in the city's early development.

The Loveland-area housing market remained active in July, with homes selling quickly and several high-dollar sales highlighting continued demand.
