Schnicke Development Group is continuing its growth with new leadership additions and a move to a larger headquarters in downtown Loveland.

The land development firm recently announced the addition of Wayne McDonough as Vice President of Development Operations. McDonough brings more than 40 years of experience in golf course operations, hospitality management, land planning, and large-scale development projects.

Many in the community know McDonough from his nearly three decades of leadership at Oasis Golf Club in Loveland, where he helped guide operations and build the club’s reputation throughout the region. In his new role with Schnicke Development Group, he will help oversee development projects, operational strategy, and future growth initiatives.

“Wayne’s leadership experience and operational expertise make him an outstanding addition to our team,” said Mark Schnicke, founder and principal of Schnicke Development Group.

The company also announced Heather Brooks has joined the team as Controller. Brooks brings more than 30 years of accounting experience and will help support the company’s financial operations and long-term planning.

The leadership changes come as Schnicke Development Group expands its portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments across the region, including Olivewood Park in Batavia and Townes at Thirty-Two, a build-to-rent community.

Along with its growing team, the company has relocated its headquarters to a larger office space at 209 W. Loveland Ave., Suite 200, in downtown Loveland. The new location provides additional space for the company’s expanding operations and reflects its continued investment in the community.

Schnicke Development Group will celebrate the new headquarters with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 23.

Founded by Mark Schnicke and David Brooks, Schnicke Development Group focuses on responsible growth and thoughtful development throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton regions.
