Scenes from the July 14th City Council Meeting

Residents, business owners, and supporters of Downtown Loveland' s music scene came out to the July 14th meeting of the Loveland City Council. The overcapacity crowd filled the chamber and hall ways of City Hall. The crowd was boisterous, yet not rowdy and condescending.
