Loveland Basketball
Our Boys and Girls teams competed in their postseason tournaments this week and there were a lot of amazing moments. After winning a District title the Girls took on powerhouse Mount Notre Dame on Tuesday. It was a tough task and the team played extremely hard, but ultimately fell short 67-31. Bella Rogers had 20 of the Tigers’ 31 points and shot 7-13 from the field. Unfortunately, the rest of the Tigers could only manage 14% from the field off of 4-27 shooting as MND played some lockdown defense. It was an amazing season for our Girls, and Rodgers especially.
She finished the year fourth in the conference in scoring per game while leading the ECC with over 10 rebounds per game. The Girls finished the year 16-9 and had a magical postseason run.

Four of our Girls Tigers earned post-season honors. Leading the way for the Tigers were Bella Rogers and Ryann Unruh, both of whom secured spots on the first team. Katy Wilber was also named to the Second Team, while Macey Allen received Honorable Mention recognition.
The Boys also faced a tall task in the District finals against Northmont, where they saw their season come to a close by a score of 53-41. Like Rodgers for the Girls, the Tigers got most of their points from Chase Martin who had 23 as the rest of the team finished a tough 7-28 from the floor.
The Boys finished 13-11 on the year and were District runners up. Martin was second in the ECC in scoring per game but first in total points. Blake Carrigan was 11th with 11.7 per game as well.
Martin earned First Team all conference honors and was joined by Blake Carrigan, who was named to the Second Team for his contributions. Additionally, Jackson Dillon received an Honorable Mention nod to round out the season.
Loveland Wrestling
Elizabeth Madison dominated this weekend and became a 4x District Champion and 4x State Qualifier (a first for Loveland. She finished the day 4-0 (including 3 pins), went 36-0 on the season with 33 pins, and won the District Finals via medical forfeit after a great tournament this weekend.

Torri Lewis started with a first-round loss but battled back through consolations with three straight pins.
On the Boy’s side, Will Hossenlopp and Eric Earl wrestled in the District Tournament in Kettering. They wrestled their hearts out but ultimately did not advance.
To end the year, Eric Earl (165 lbs), Shane Murray (175 lbs), Danny Waters (190 lbs), and Tristan Neal (285 lbs) all were awarded Second Team all conference honors. Reece Webster received an Honorable Mention for his success in the 106-pound division.

Loveland Swim and Dive
Loveland Swim and Dive also collected numerous awards as their seasons came to a close with Isabelle Schroeder claiming First Team honors in the 50 Yard Freestyle. Hannah Schroeder earned Second Team in the 200 Yard Individual Medley, and the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team—consisting of Isabelle Schroeder, Lucia Miramonti, Hannah Schroeder, and Chloe Albers—also received Second Team distinction.

Loveland Bowling
On the bowling side, the Tigers had multiple players on the all conference teams. The boys team had strong showings with Connor Burns and Tyler Schwinn on the First Team, Kian Bronner on the Second Team, and Miles Ewald as Honorable Mention. For girls bowling, Jocelyn French was recognized with an Honorable Mention.
