Last year, I ran for Loveland City Council because I care deeply about this city and the people who live here. Like any campaign, it had its ups and downs, but I am proud that I get to represent and support the residents and businesses of this fantastic community.
Since taking office, I’ve learned just how much work goes on behind the scenes to keep the city running smoothly. Recently, newly elected council member Deidre Hazelbaker and myself completed orientation meetings with every city department director. Hearing firsthand about their knowledge, dedication, and what it takes to keep Loveland moving forward made me incredibly proud of our city.
The good news is this: Loveland is in a very good place. Our city staff is professional, capable, and committed to doing things the right way, and city operations are moving in the right direction.
I remain actively involved in the community, including my ongoing work with the Veterans Committee and the Special Events Committee. It is truly an honor and a privilege to support our veterans—men and women whose service, sacrifice, and dedication to our country deserve our deepest respect and gratitude.
Serving on City Council is an honor, and I take the responsibility seriously. I’m grateful for the trust residents placed in me, and I’m focused on listening, learning, and working together to keep Loveland the best place to live work and raise a family.
